Overview
These terms of service apply to all services provided by Helping Hands, owned and operated by Ziporah Paskman, based in Englewood, Florida, serving Charlotte and Sarasota County.
By booking or using any Helping Hands service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Helping Hands provides moving assistance, storage unit cleanouts, senior downsizing help, home organization, haul-away and donation runs, furniture assembly, and related odd jobs.
All services are performed by the owner personally.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Final cost may vary if the scope of work changes once on-site. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability
Helping Hands takes reasonable care with all property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of undisclosed value, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Donation and dump run decisions are made collaboratively. Once items leave the property, Helping Hands is not responsible for their final disposition.
Service Area
Services are provided in Charlotte & Sarasota County, Florida. Out-of-area requests may be accommodated at our discretion with adjusted pricing.
